1-pound lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 tube refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough
5 Colby jack cheese sticks cut in half
1/4 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry parsley
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 215 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a large baking sheet.
Step 3: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 4: Add the ground beef and cook until brown.
Step 5: Remove the excess grease and add in the taco seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
Step 6: Remove from the heat and let it sit at room temperature to cool.
Step 7: Place the pizza dough on a flat surface. Slice into 5 rectangles and cut into 10 equal triangles.
Step 8: Spoon the taco meat in the middle of the dough and place Colby Jack cheese stick on top. Repeat this method until all the doughs are filled.
Step 9: Roll each dough to make a breadstick.
Step 10: Place the taco sticks on the greased baking sheet.
Step 11: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic powder, butter, and dry parsley. Stir until well mixed, then brush the mixture on top of each breadstick.
Step 12: Bake inside the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the colour turns golden brown.
Step 13: Remove from the oven and serve right away.
