INGREDIENTS
1 frozen pie crust
1 1/4 cups sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4 cups water
3 tbsp strawberry jelly
2 cups strawberries, sliced
Bake frozen pie crust as directed on package and let cool for 30 minutes.
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and water until boiling, then simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Whisk in strawberry jelly, then remove from heat and let cool.
Place sliced strawberries in cooled pie crust, then pour over strawberry jelly mixture.
Refrigerate for a few hours until set.
