1 box of any flavor cake mix (chocolate, red velvet, lemon, etc.)
1 egg
1 8-ounce container of Cool Whip
Powdered sugar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, egg, and Cool Whip until well combined.
Drop teaspoonfuls of the dough into powdered sugar, rolling to coat evenly.
Place the coated dough balls onto a cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are set.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before removing.
