Fruit Salad

1 can pineapple chunks, in their own juice

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1 bunch green grapes, halved

2 bananas

1 package strawberries, sliced to your preference

1 small box vanilla instant pudding (Jell-O brand recommended)

Additional fruits of your choice (optional)


Combine Pineapple and Pudding Mix:

Pour the entire can of pineapple chunks, including the juice, into a large mixing bowl.

Add the vanilla instant pudding mix and stir until the mixture is creamy.

Add Fruits:

Gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges.

Add the halved grapes, sliced strawberries, and any other fruits you choose.

Slice the bananas and add them to the bowl. Stir everything together until all the fruit is well coated and creamy.


Refrigerate the fruit salad until it is nice and chilled. This enhances the flavors and texture.

If you're short on time, you can also serve the salad immediately, but it tastes better chilled.


Serve chilled, but avoid letting it sit too long as the bananas can turn brown.
