Fish fillets (your choice, I used catfish)
1 lemon
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons butter
Seafood magic seasoning
How To Make Pan-Seared Fish Fillet:
Liberally season your fish with an all-purpose seafood seasoning blend.
Bring the pan to medium-high heat. Add just enough olive oil to barely coat the pan and a couple of tablespoons of butter.
Place the fish in the pan and cook until nicely browned, about 4 to 5 minutes on one side. Add in the sliced lemon, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a teaspoonful of capers.
Flip the fish and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes on the other side, reducing the heat to medium.
Serve with a tomato and arugula salad for a keto-friendly meal packed with flavor.
