– Garlic powder: quarter a tspn

– Salt: half a tspn

– Pepper: half a tspn

– Egg: 7 (large)

– Grated Colby Jack cheese: a block (8 ounces)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before you begin, set the temperature of your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

2. Each cookie needs to be cut into 4 pieces. And please scatter the cookie pieces at the bottom of the baking dish.

3. Then you’re going to get a large saucepan and cook into the sausages, crumbling them with a wooden spoon while cooking. After that, use a slotted spoon and remove it onto a paper towel-lined plate. Always remember to leave about auarter a cup of the sausage in the pan for the sauce.

4. Next, add the butter to the fat in the pan and put the pan over medium heat. You can then add the flour and stir and cook for about 120 seconds.

5. Then you’ll want to add gradually 2 cups of milk, join garlic powder, salt, pepper. Stew until thickened, then immediately remove from fire.

6. Make sure to whisk together the eggs with the remaining 1/2 cup of milk in a medium bowl. For this part, I always season with just a little salt and pepper.

7. Okay now, you can sprinkle sausage over cookies, spreading cheese on the sausage.

8. The egg mixture should be poured on top, followed by the sauce and the remaining cheese at this stage. To finish, bake for about half an hour.
