INGREDIENTS
° White sugar: 1 cup
° Light sorbet: 1 cup
° Peanut butter: 1 cup
° Liquid vanilla: 1 small spoonful
° Corn flakes: 6 cups
STEP 1 :
Start by mixing the sugar with light sherbet and peanut butter In a pot over a stove. Then cover over a medium temperature until it begins to boil with constant. And please stir so that the sugar does not burn.
STEP 2 :
Now that is boiled, take it from the stove. Add the vanilla and cornflakes to it at this stage. Make sure to stir well until it is completely mixed.
STEP 3 :
Lift the mixture onto parchment paper with an ice cream spoon and form medium size cookies.
STEP 4 :
Always leave to cool completely for about 20 to 30 minutes. Immediately serve & ENJOY !!
