12 ounces spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch garlic salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir the ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in the spaghetti sauce.
In a bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is well coated.
Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Layer the spaghetti on top and then spread the remaining meat sauce over the spaghetti.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
