INGREDIENTS
1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails on
2 tbsp Olive oil
3 tsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh lemon juice, to taste
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, toss together the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste until well combined.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted shrimp to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
