Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Cheesecake Fruit Salad

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, at room temperature

1 1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping

1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or triple cream yogurt

1/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 cups chopped ripe fruit (such as pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, melon, mango, and/or grapes)

Prepare the Cheesecake Dressing:

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, thawed whipped topping, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.

Combine with Fruit:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped ripe fruit.

Pour the prepared cheesecake dressing over the fruit and toss gently to combine, ensuring that the fruit is evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve or Chill:

Serve the Cheesecake Fruit Salad immediately, or if preferred, refrigerate it to chill until serving time (up to 2 hours). Refrigeration helps to meld the flavors together and enhances the taste of the salad.

Enjoy this delightful and refreshing fruit salad with a creamy cheesecake twist!
