2 lb. strawberries
2 sleeves graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 (3.4 oz.) packages instant cheesecake flavored pudding
3 cups milk
1 (12 oz.) carton whipped topping, divided
Wash and slice strawberries, then set aside. Line the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish with graham crackers.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add pudding mixes and milk, then mix on low until thickened.
Fold in 2 cups whipped topping until smooth. Pour half of the mixture over graham crackers.
Layer strawberry slices over the cream cheese mixture, then cover with another layer of graham crackers.
Pour remaining cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, then top with another layer of strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Before serving, top with remaining whipped topping and crushed graham cracker crumbs.
