Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

1 lb. ground sausage (breakfast, Italian, or any variety)

1 cup shredded cheese of your choice

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Pepper to taste


Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

Prepare Crescent Rolls:

Roll the crescent rolls out flat and cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create smaller triangles.

Cook Sausage:

In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until it is completely browned. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Assemble Crescents:

Spoon a small ball of the sausage mixture onto the widest part of each crescent roll triangle.

Starting at the wide end, roll the crescent dough over the sausage mixture to form mini stuffed crescent rolls.


Place the stuffed crescents on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and cooked through.
